These terms apply when you browse musebox.us, buy prints or tees, join the drop list, or request a commission from MuseBox.
Who we are
MuseBox is a small Brooklyn studio selling artist prints, apparel, and custom commissions. We can be reached at ben@muselabs.ai.
Orders (prints & tees)
- Ready-made prints and all-over tees are fulfilled through our print partner after you complete checkout on Shopify.
- Prices shown on the site are in US dollars. Size and price options are listed on each product.
- Production and shipping times vary by item and destination. You will receive tracking when your order ships.
Commissions
- Commission requests are quotes, not binding orders, until you approve scope, price, and timeline in writing.
- We reply to commission inquiries within a couple of days with next steps.
- Custom work may require a deposit before production begins; terms are confirmed per project.
Drop list
Joining the drop list opts you in to occasional email about new work. You can unsubscribe from any message or email us to be removed.
Returns & issues
Print and apparel quality issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you on a reprint, replacement, or refund when appropriate. Custom commissions are handled case by case because each piece is one of a kind.
Intellectual property
Artwork, photography, and site content belong to the featured artists and MuseBox unless noted otherwise. Purchases grant personal use of the physical item, not rights to reproduce the artwork.
Limitation of liability
MuseBox is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
